Hammond PCJA0907 8.75 x 6.88 in Aluminum Inner Panel for 10x8 Enclosure

The PCJA0907 is a unpainted aluminum inner (back) panel for PCJ series enclosures, described by the manufacturer as "Panel 8.9X6.9 Fits 10X8 Alum". It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electricians a flat metal sub-panel for mounting components inside a 10x8 PCJ enclosure.

Per the PCJP series specification, aluminum panels are 0.080 in thick type 5052 H-32 aluminum and are left unpainted. The part drawing shows the 0.08 in thickness.

The ordering table lists the panel at 8.75 in (222 mm) long by 6.88 in (175 mm) wide, matched to a PCJ enclosure with an A dimension of 9.93 in (252 mm) and a B dimension of 8.15 in (207 mm). The drawing (dated Feb 12, 2020) shows four 0.25 in diameter holes on 8.25 x 6.25 in centres. The 10x8 size is 8.75 x 6.88 in, two inches longer than the 8x8 panel at the same width.

Panel mounting hardware is included with PCJ series enclosures rather than with the panel. For the same enclosure the PCJP table also lists PCJR0907 in 14 gauge white steel and 14PVC0907 in 0.188 in dark gray PVC. The PCJA0907 is RoHS and REACH compliant, ships at 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg), packed in a bag.
