Hammond PCJ201610F 20x16x10 Polycarbonate Junction Box, Solid Flange Mount

The PCJ201610F combines a solid light gray lift-off screw cover with external polycarbonate mounting flanges on the 20 x 16 x 10 in (508 x 406 x 254 mm) PCJ Series body. It is a Type 4X polycarbonate junction box for insulating and protecting controls and components indoors or outdoors, with the series specifically listing industrial pump controls, waste water, irrigation control, solar/wind and chemical plants.

The enclosure is injection moulded polycarbonate thermoplastic with matching cover, protected by enhanced UV inhibitors and easy to punch, cut or drill for entries. The drawing shows a 0.24 in (6.09 mm) wall thickness, four #10-32 brass inserts with 316 stainless steel captive cover screws, and a FIP polyurethane gasket around the opening.

Enclosure dimensions are 19.76 in H x 15.98 in W x 10.13 in D (502 x 406 x 257 mm). Inside, brass inserts receive the optional P2068 inner panel at 18.88 x 14.88 in (480 x 378 mm); back panels are shown in 0.100 in aluminum, 0.075 in white steel and 0.188 in PVC, held with plated carbon steel screws.

Two polycarbonate flanges attach with six #10-32 brass inserts and 316 stainless steel flange screws and offer six 0.32 in (8.20 mm) mounting holes. The series is UL 508A and cUL listed Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, is V-0 per UL 94 and UV rated f1 per UL746C, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The PCJ201610F has a shipping weight of 20 lbs (9.07 kg).
