Hammond PBPA19017WH 10U Matte White Aluminum Rack Blanking Panel

The PBPA19017WH is a 10U aluminum blanking panel finished in matte white (RAL9003), designed to close off unused space in standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to cover large rack openings, improve cooling efficiency and prevent hot and cold air from recirculating inside a cabinet or open frame rack.

The panel is formed from 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, which keeps weight low while providing corrosion resistance for rack environments. Shipping weight is just 4.2 lbs (1.91 kg), so a panel of this size is easier to handle and install than a comparable steel panel, and the smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, professional appearance across the rack face.

Panel height is 17.50 in (445 mm) for 10 rack units, with a 19.00 in (483 mm) overall width for standard rack rail mounting. The drawing for PBPA19017WH shows an 18.32 in (465 mm) width across the body section, a 17.47 in (444 mm) dimension and 0.12 in (3 mm) corner radii. Mounting uses 8 mounting points via 8X 0.250 x 0.375 slots, spaced from the panel edges at 1.48 in (38 mm), with 4.00 in (102 mm) and 6.50 in (165 mm) increments as detailed on the drawing.
