Hammond PBPA19017BK 10U Aluminum Blanking Panel, Matte Black

The PBPA19017BK is a 10U aluminum rack blanking panel finished in matte black (RAL9005), designed to close off unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant racks and cabinets. It is intended for IT and AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to separate hot and cold air paths while giving an equipment rack a clean, finished front.

The panel is formed from 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, a material choice that keeps the panel light to handle and install compared with steel panels while providing corrosion resistance in rack environments. The smooth powder coat finish gives a consistent, professional appearance across the rack front.

This 10U size covers 17.50 in (445 mm) of rack height, with a drawing panel height of 17.47 in (444 mm), a nominal 19.00 in (483 mm) mounting width and a panel body width of 18.32 in (465 mm). Mounting is via 8 slots measuring 0.250 x 0.375 in, giving eight mounting points that spread the load of this larger panel across the rack rails. Corners are radiused at 0.12 in (3 mm). Shipping weight is 4.01 lbs (1.82 kg). Mounting hardware is not included.
