Hammond PBPA19010GY2 6U Dark Gray Aluminum Rack Blanking Panel

The PBPA19010GY2 is a 6U flat aluminum rack panel finished in ANSI61 dark gray, used to cover unused rack space in 19 in equipment racks and cabinets. It is intended for IT and network installers, AV integrators, telecom technicians and facilities teams who need to close off open rack openings to improve cooling efficiency and prevent air recirculation between hot and cold zones.

Construction is 8-gauge (0.125 in) 5052-H32 aluminum, giving lightweight durability and corrosion resistance in rack environments. The lightweight panel is easier to handle and install than comparable steel panels, and the smooth powder coat finish delivers a clean, professional appearance across the rack face. Corners are radiused 0.12 in (3 mm).

This part covers 6 rack units: nominal panel height is 10.50 in (267 mm), with an overall drawing height of 10.47 in (266 mm) and an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm) to suit standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. Eight 0.250 x 0.375 in slots provide 8 mounting points, spanning 18.32 in (465 mm) across the panel. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nuts to match your rails.
