Hammond PBFS19010GY2 6U Formed Steel Rack Panel, Dark Gray

The PBFS19010GY2 is a 6U formed steel rack panel finished in ANSI61 dark gray, used to close off unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It suits IT, AV and telecom installers who need to block open rack openings, tidy the front of a rack and keep supply and exhaust air separated in server and network cabinets.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel (0.057 in) with formed, flanged edges. The flanges add rigidity while keeping the panel lighter than a flat steel panel of the same height, and the smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, consistent appearance across the rack face. The powder coat used on this series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

The panel occupies 6U of rack space with a panel height of 10.50 in (267 mm) and a 19.00 in (483 mm) overall width; the drawing shows 18.32 in (465 mm) across the formed body and a 1.48 in (38 mm) depth dimension with a 0.50 in (13 mm) flange. Mounting is via 8 slots measuring 0.250 x 0.375 in, giving 8 mounting points. Shipping weight is 4 lbs (1.81 kg). Mounting hardware is not included.

PBFS19010GY2 is made in Canada, is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant with an ECCN of EAR99 — useful where government or regulated procurement rules apply. The same 6U size is also offered in matte black, light gray and matt white for matching existing rack environments.
