The PBFS19010WH is a 6U formed steel rack panel in matt white (RAL9003), designed to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It is intended for IT and network installers, data center and facilities teams, and AV or telecom integrators who need to close open rack openings so cooling air is not allowed to recirculate between hot and cold zones.
Construction is 16-gauge formed mild steel (0.057 in) with flanged edges that add rigidity while keeping the panel lighter than a flat steel panel of the same height. The panel carries a smooth powder coat finish in matt white for a clean, consistent appearance across the rack face; the same 6U size is also offered in matte black, dark gray and light gray within the PBFS series.
This 6U panel measures 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with a panel height of 10.50 in (267 mm); the drawing shows an overall formed height of 10.47 in (266 mm) and a 0.50 in (13 mm) flange depth. Mounting is through 8 slots of 0.250 x 0.375 in, giving 8 mounting points for secure attachment to standard 19 in rack rails. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nuts to suit your rails.
