Hammond PBFS19000BK 1/2U Formed Steel Rack Filler Panel, Matte Black

The PBFS19000BK is a 1/2U formed steel rack panel finished in RAL9005 matte black, designed to close off unused space in standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It suits data center, telecom and network installers, AV integrators and facilities teams who need a small-increment filler panel to tidy a rack face and keep supply and return air separated.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel (0.057 in) with formed, flanged edges. The flange adds rigidity while keeping the panel lighter than an equivalent flat steel plate, and the smooth powder coat finish gives a clean, uniform appearance across the rack face. The powder coat is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the panel is REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America.

This part covers 1/2U of rack space with a panel height of 0.09 in (2 mm) and an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm). It mounts with 2 mounting points using two 0.250 x 0.375 in slots. Shipping weight is 0.63 lbs (0.29 kg). Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws or cage nut hardware separately to match your rail type.
