Hammond PBFS19003BK 2U Formed Steel Rack Blanking Panel, Matte Black

The PBFS19003BK is a 2U formed steel rack panel used to cover unused rack space in 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. It suits IT and data center teams, telecom and network installers, AV integrators and facilities staff who need a durable blanking panel to close off open rack openings and keep hot and cold air from mixing.

Construction is 16-gauge formed mild steel (0.057 in) with flanged edges. The formed design adds rigidity while reducing weight compared with flat steel panels, and the smooth powder coat finish in RAL9005 Matte Black gives a clean, uniform appearance across a rack front. The powder coat used on the PBFS Series is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

This 2U size has a panel height of 3.50 in (89 mm) and an overall width of 19.00 in (483 mm), with a 0.50 in (13 mm) formed flange and a panel body width of 18.32 in (465 mm). Shipping weight is 1.34 lbs (0.61 kg). Mounting is via four 0.250 x 0.375 in slots, giving 4 mounting points that align with standard 19 in EIA rack rail hole patterns. Mounting hardware is not included, so specify rack screws separately.

PBFS19003BK is manufactured in Canada, is TAA compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant, which supports government and enterprise procurement requirements.
