Hammond NWM27U2536SFLG 27U Filter-Ready Outdoor Wall Cabinet, Type 3R/4

The NWM27U2536SFLG is a 27U outdoor-rated wall-mount cabinet with a solid door prepared for filter and rain hood installation. It is built for telecom and network deployments, industrial sites exposed to weather, and edge computing or remote infrastructure installations where equipment must be sealed away from rain, sleet and hose-directed water.

Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with a 350 lb equipment capacity, finished in a light gray powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet is sealed and gasketed against moisture and environmental ingress, and its corrosion-resistant construction and finish support long-term outdoor service. The locking door provides physical security and controlled access.

Nominal size is 52.25 in x 25 in x 36 in (1,327 mm x 635 mm x 914 mm); overall drawing dimensions are 54.70 in high x 25.63 in wide x 37.50 in deep (1389 x 651 x 952 mm). The 27U cabinet provides 42.00 in (1067 mm) of usable mounting height per the series ordering table and 27.00 in (686 mm) of usable depth with the swing-out function. Two pairs of adjustable 10-32 threaded mounting rails on 19" EIA centres (18.35 in / 466 mm) allow flexible equipment positioning, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.

This "F" version includes cutouts for the NWMFH2 filter/rain hood kit, which is required and sold separately; window doors are not offered on filter-ready models due to the size of the filter/rain hood. Optional inner panels WRPS27UNF (aluminum) and WRPS27UWH (steel) are available. NWM27U2536SFLG is UL508A Type 1, 3R and 4 rated (UL file E65324), seismic rated to 200 lb dynamic load (Ip = 1.5), PCI DSS compliant and TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America. Wall mounting hardware is not included.
