The NWM18U2536WALG is an 18U outdoor-rated wall-mount cabinet with a locking window door, built for telecom, industrial and edge computing equipment that has to live outside the data room. It is the air-conditioner-ready ("A") version of the 25" wide NWM cabinet, supplied with cutouts for a compatible air conditioner so integrators can add active cooling without modifying the enclosure.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with a sealed and gasketed cabinet design that protects against moisture and environmental ingress. The enclosure is rated UL508A Type 1, 3R and 4 (UL file E65324) for protection against rain, sleet and hose-directed water, and the corrosion-resistant light gray powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The door uses UV-resistant polycarbonate so equipment status stays visible outdoors, and it locks for physical security and controlled access.
Overall dimensions are 38.95 in (989 mm) high x 25.00 in (635 mm) wide x 37.49 in (952 mm) deep, with 18U of rack space, 35.00 in (889 mm) of usable mounting height and 27.00 in (686 mm) of usable depth using the swing-out function. Two pairs of adjustable 10-32 threaded 19" EIA mounting rails position equipment front to back, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. Static load capacity is 350 lb; the cabinet is seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load at Ip = 1.5.
Wall mounting hardware is not included and all accessories are sold separately. NWM18U2536WALG accepts the DTS3061A115N3LG 2700 BTU/h air conditioner, and optional inner panels WRPS18UNF (aluminum) or WRPS18UWH (steel). The cabinet is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements.
