The NWC27U2436WFBK is a 27U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and washdown-adjacent conditions. It is the window-door, filtered ("F") version of the NWC Series in RAL9005 Black, making it a fit for IT/AV integrators, controls engineers and facilities teams deploying edge computing, IDF and automation equipment outside of a clean server room.
Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with a powder coat finish (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The enclosure is sealed with gasketed doors and is UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg), plus seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5). It has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. As an "F" version, NWC27U2436WFBK includes rear and door filters (four 6" Type 12 exhaust filters, shipped inside the cabinet) that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with the DNFK1AC120, DTFK1AC120E and DTFK1AC150 fan kits.
