Hammond NWC27U2436WALG 27U Window-Door Wall Cabinet With Air Conditioner

The NWC27U2436WALG is a 27U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and washdown-adjacent conditions. It is the "A" (air-conditioned) configuration of the NWC Series with a window door, finished in RAL7035 light gray, and it ships with a factory-supplied 900-1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner with cord packed inside the cabinet. That makes it a fit for IT/AV integrators, controls engineers and facilities teams deploying edge computing, IDF and automation equipment outside a conditioned data room.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel (mild steel) with a powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The sealed body uses gasketed doors and a double-hinged, 19-inch rack compatible design so the centre section swings out for dual access during installation and servicing. Concealed hinges, external mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry, and dedicated bonding and grounding points are provided for proper bonding of all cabinet components.

Overall dimensions are 58.02 in (1474 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 48.00 in (1219 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable depth thanks to the swing-out function. Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 rails provide 46.75 in (1187 mm) of 27U rail mounting, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included. A power bar can be mounted without consuming U space.

NWC27U2436WALG carries a UL2416 Type 12 rating with a 350 lb (158 kg) load rating, is independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56, and is seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5). It is TAA-compliant, made in North America, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements.
