Hammond NWC27U2436SFLG 27U Filtered Type 12 Wall Cabinet, Solid Door

The NWC27U2436SFLG is a 27U sealed wall-mount cabinet from the NWC Series, built for network and industrial equipment in environments with dust, dirt or water exposure. It is the "F" configuration, supplied with rear and door Type 12 filters that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with fan kits, and it ships with a solid light gray door in RAL7035 textured powder coat.

Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel, UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg) and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. Gasketed doors seal the enclosure against dust, dirt and dripping liquids, and the cabinet has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for dust ingress and powerful water jets. Dedicated bonding and grounding points support proper electrical installation of all cabinet components.

Overall dimensions are 58.02 in (1474 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with a nominal listed size of 51.89 in x 24 in x 36 in (1,318 mm x 610 mm x 914 mm). Usable mounting space is 48.00 in (1219 mm) high x 30.00 in (762 mm) deep, with 26.55 in (674 mm) maximum equipment depth, and shipping weight is 268 lbs (121.56 kg).

The double-hinged, 19 in rack compatible design gives dual access for installation and servicing. Two pairs of adjustable 10-32 tapped, EIA-compliant mounting rails are included along with a starter hardware pack of SCREW1032-50 screws, and external mounting feet plus a rear pan support secure wall installation and cable entry. NWC27U2436SFLG is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements.
