Hammond NWC27U2436SFBK 27U Type 12 Filtered Wall-Mount Cabinet, Black

The NWC27U2436SFBK is a 27U sealed wall-mount equipment cabinet from the NWC Series, built for IT and industrial teams that need rack-mounted network or automation gear protected from dust, dirt and dripping liquids. This is the "F" (filtered) configuration in RAL9005 Black with a solid door, supplied with rear and door Type 12 exhaust filters that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with optional fan kits.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel with a black textured powder coat finish (GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant). The cabinet is UL2416 Type 12 rated to a 350 lb (158 kg) load and seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) in accordance with IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. It has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets, and gasketed doors keep the enclosure sealed.

Overall dimensions are 58.02 in (1474 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 48.00 in (1219 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of usable depth using the swing-out function (26.55 in / 674 mm maximum equipment depth). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails accept standard 19-inch equipment, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.

The double-hinged design gives dual access for installation and servicing, while external mounting feet and the rear pan support secure wall installation and cable entry. Dedicated bonding and grounding points are provided. NWC27U2436SFBK is TAA-compliant, made in Canada, meets PCI DSS compliance requirements, and falls under UL file E474597.
