Hammond NWC12U2436WFBK 12U Filtered Wall-Mount Cabinet, IP56 Window Door

The NWC12U2436WFBK is a 12U enclosed wall-mount rack cabinet from the NWC Series, built for IT and industrial teams that need rack-mounted network or automation equipment protected from dust, dirt and dripping liquids. This is the "F" (filtered) configuration in RAL9005 Black with a window door, so rear and door filters are included and ship inside the cabinet; the filters maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with the series fan kits.

Construction is 14-gauge welded steel (mild steel) with a powder coat finish described as GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The double-hinged cabinet design provides dual access to equipment for installation and servicing, and the gasketed doors keep the enclosure sealed. Dedicated bonding and grounding points support proper electrical installation and bonding of all cabinet components, while external mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry.

Overall dimensions are 31.77 in (807 mm) high x 24.50 in (622 mm) wide x 36.22 in (920 mm) deep, with 12U of usable mounting height at 22.00 in (559 mm) and 30.00 in (762 mm) of maximum equipment depth. Rail-to-rail depth is 26.55 in (674 mm) with swing-out function, and the 19" mounting width measures 18.35 in (466 mm). Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails are supplied, along with a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws.

NWC12U2436WFBK is UL2416 Type 12 rated to 350 lb (158 kg), independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56, and seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. It also meets PCI DSS compliance requirements and is TAA-compliant, manufactured in North America.
