Hammond NWC12U2436WFLG 12U Filtered Wall Cabinet, IP56 Window Door

The NWC12U2436WFLG is a 12U environmental wall-mount cabinet built for network and industrial equipment that has to survive dust, dirt and dripping liquids. It is the "F" configuration of the NWC Series, supplied with rear and door filters that maintain the UL Type 12 rating and are compatible with optional fan kits, and it is fitted with a window door in RAL7035 Light Gray textured powder coat.

Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel with gasketed doors and a double-hinged cabinet design (19" rack compatible) that gives dual access to equipment for installation and servicing. The enclosure is UL2416 Type 12 rated with a 350 lb (158 kg) load rating, seismic rated to 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5), and has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56 for protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets. Dedicated bonding and grounding points, external mounting feet and a rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry.

Overall dimensions are 31.77 in H x 24.50 in W x 36.22 in D (807 x 622 x 920 mm), with 12U of usable mounting height (22.00 in / 559 mm) and 30.00 in (762 mm) of maximum equipment depth. Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant tapped 10-32 mounting rails position equipment on a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19" mounting centre, and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws is included.

NWC12U2436WFLG is TAA compliant, manufactured in Canada, RoHS and REACH compliant, listed under UL file E474597, and meets PCI DSS compliance requirements — useful for regulated, government and payment-processing deployments. Shipping weight is 188 lbs (85.28 kg); the filters ship inside the cabinet.
