Hammond NWC12U2436WALG 12U Air-Conditioned Wall Cabinet, Window Door

The NWC12U2436WALG is a 12U sealed wall-mount equipment cabinet built for network and industrial gear that has to live in dusty, dirty or wet surroundings. It pairs a UL2416 load rating with UL Type 12 environmental protection in a single enclosure, and this "WA" configuration ships with a window door plus a factory-supplied 900-1300 BTU DTS3021A115LG air conditioner (shipped inside the cabinet) with cord, so active cooling is included rather than specified separately.

Construction is 14-gauge welded mild steel finished in RAL7035 light gray powder coat. The double-hinged cabinet design allows the centre section to swing out for dual access during installation and servicing, and gasketed doors seal the interior against dust, dirt and dripping liquids. Dedicated bonding and grounding points support proper electrical bonding of all cabinet components, while external mounting feet and the rear pan design support secure wall installation and cable entry.

Overall dimensions are 31.77 in high x 24.50 in wide x 36.22 in deep (807 x 622 x 920 mm), with 12U of 19-inch rack space, 22.00 in (559 mm) of usable mounting height and 30.00 in (762 mm) of maximum equipment depth. Two pairs of adjustable, EIA-compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails are included along with a starter hardware pack of SCREW1032-50 screws.

NWC12U2436WALG is rated to 350 lb (158 kg) under UL2416 and seismically rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) per IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. It has been independently tested to IEC 60529 IP56, meets PCI DSS requirements, and is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America.
