HYG4236 replaces the door gasket on the 42 x 36 in models of the HYW Series of Hygienic Type 4X Stainless Steel Wallmount Enclosures. It is listed for the HYW423612SS and the HYW423616SS, both 42.00 in (1067 mm) high and 36.00 in (914 mm) wide, at depths of 12.00 in (305 mm) and 16.00 in (406 mm) respectively.
The gasket is hygienic blue silicone that mounts around the entire door edge, the arrangement the HYW Series uses to allow efficient cleaning in hygienic environments. It can be easily removed and re-installed for cleaning or replacement. With the internal hinge design, the door-edge gasket is what lets these large enclosures be cleaned easily in hose-down environments, and a spare lets the seal be renewed without replacing the enclosure.
