The HYG3630 hygienic N4X gasket is the listed replacement seal for the 36 x 30 in enclosures in the HYW Series of Hygienic Type 4X Stainless Steel Wallmount Enclosures: the HYW363012SS (12.00 in deep) and the HYW363016SS (16.00 in deep). Both are 36.00 in (914 mm) high and 30.00 in (762 mm) wide.
HYW enclosures mount a silicone gasket, in hygienic blue, around the entire door edge. This allows efficient cleaning in hygienic environments, and with the internal hinge design it lets the enclosure be cleaned easily in hose-down environments. The gasket is easily removed and re-installed, whether for routine cleaning or for replacement with a new HYG3630.
The gasket is listed at 36 in x 30 in x 1 in (914 mm x 762 mm x 25 mm) and ships at 3 lbs (1.36 kg). The two enclosures it serves share the optional 18P3327 inner panel, which measures 33.00 in x 27.00 in.
