Hammond HWMR1932UBK 32U Center-Hinged Wall Rack, 220 lb Capacity

The HWMR1932UBK is a 32U open wall-mount rack with a center-hinged swing frame, built for mounting 19" equipment in telecom and IT environments. It suits IT and AV integrators, electricians and facilities teams that need switches, patch panels and other rack-mounted gear supported on a wall without the cost or footprint of a full cabinet.

Construction is mild steel with a black powder coat finish in RAL9005, described as GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant to support indoor air quality and environmental compliance. The center hinge lets the frame open from the middle so equipment can be serviced without shifting the load off the wall, with 45-degree position lock points noted on the drawing and multiple cable entry knockouts and mounting points for organized cable routing.

Overall size is 61.50 in (1562 mm) high x 20.00 in (508 mm) wide, with a fully adjustable depth from 18.00 in (457 mm) to 24.00 in (610 mm). Usable center-swing mounting space is 56.00 in (1422 mm) high and 19.00 in (483 mm) wide, with usable depth of 15.10 in to 21.10 in (384 mm to 536 mm) — the maximum equipment depth that still allows the center section to swing unimpeded. Top/bottom U usable depth is 12.4 in to 18.4 in. Steel construction provides a 220 lb load capacity.

HWMR1932UBK ships knock-down with assembly hardware included; the box contains the rack frame, top and bottom covers, left and right main support brackets, wall mounting vertical supports, assembly instructions, an assembly hardware kit and 50 10-32 x 0.75 in rack mounting screws (SCREW1032-50). Wall mounting hardware is not included. One pair of tapped 10-32 rails is provided. The product is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America; it is not designed or intended for non-wall mounted applications.
