Hammond HWM2420U26WDWH 20U Swing-Out Wall Cabinet, Window Door, White

The HWM2420U26WDWH is a 20U swing-out wall-mount rack cabinet from the HWM Series, finished in RAL9003 white with a window front door. It is built for IT and telecom installations that need 19-inch rack equipment mounted securely on a wall while still allowing full rear access for servicing — network closets, data communication rooms, and government, education and commercial IT environments.

Construction is mild steel, using a 14-gauge welded rear section with a 16-gauge center section and doors. The HWM Series is UL2416 listed with a 350 lb (159 kg) load rating and is seismic rated to a 200 lb (90.72 kg) dynamic load (Ip = 1.5) in accordance with IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD Gold, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the product is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America.

This version has a 26 in center section depth and overall dimensions of 41.81 in high x 24.68 in wide x 31.18 in deep (1062 x 627 x 792 mm). Usable mounting space is 35.00 in (889 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide, with 28.85 in (733 mm) of usable depth — the maximum equipment depth that still allows the body section to swing out unimpeded. Overall internal space is 30.85 in (784 mm).

The HWM2420U26WDWH ships with one pair of adjustable 10-32 tapped 19-inch panel rails and a starter hardware pack with SCREW1032-50 screws. A heavy-duty spring-hinge mechanism and concealed hinges control swing-out access, and the cabinet body is reversible so swing direction can be set on site. Multiple double knockouts on the top and bottom, a rear opening and power bar mounting that does not consume U space support structured cabling, while fan knockouts accept optional DNMF100AC115 or DNMF100AC230 fans.
