Hammond HWCSD3027UBK 27U Solid Locking Door for 30in Wide Wall Cabinet

The HWCSD3027UBK is a 27U solid front door built exclusively for Hammond HWC Series wall mount cabinets that are 30 in wide. It suits IT and AV integrators, electricians, facilities teams and OEM engineers who need to close off and lock an HWC wall cabinet where a solid, non-vented panel is preferred over a vented or windowed door.

Construction is 16-gauge steel finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat, which complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. The door measures 50.25 in x 30 in x 1.34 in (1,276 mm x 762 mm x 34 mm) with a 29.69 in (754 mm) top-view width dimension, and ships at 14 lbs (6.35 kg). Material is mild steel.

Everything needed to hang the door is supplied: right- and left-hand surface door hinges, two hinge cover plates, four #10-24 x 3/8 thread cutting screws, two stick-on rubber bumper feet, and a draw latch with striker. The hinge components and latch hardware ship loose. Hinges can be mounted on the left or right side, so HWCSD3027UBK can be configured for the swing direction that suits the installation. A snap-latch lock and two keys are included for basic access control.

The door is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases, and manufactured in North America (country of origin CA). If airflow is required instead, the same 27U x 30 in cabinet opening is also served by the 64% vented and tinted acrylic window versions of this series.
