Hammond HWCVD2412UBK 12U 24W Vented Locking Door, 64% Airflow

HWCVD2412UBK is a 12U vented locking front door sized for 24 in wide Hammond HWC series wall mount cabinets. The 64% airflow vented panel lets convection and forced air move through the enclosure while still securing the equipment inside, making it a practical choice for IT closets, AV racks and light network gear installed by integrators, electricians and facilities teams.

The door is built from 16-gauge steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat, which complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. Overall size is 24 in x 24 in x 1.34 in (610 mm x 610 mm x 34 mm), with a front panel width of 24.00 in (610 mm) and 23.69 in (602 mm) shown on the top view; shipping weight is 14 lbs (6.35 kg).

Hardware is included so the door can be hung to suit the room: surface door hinges are supplied in both right-hand and left-hand versions, so the hinges can be mounted on the left or right. The kit also includes two hinge cover plates, four #10-24 x 3/8 thread cutting screws in black, two stick-on rubber bumper feet, a draw latch and latch striker, plus a snap-latch lock and two keys. Hinge components and latch hardware ship loose for field assembly.

HWCVD2412UBK is made from mild steel, manufactured in North America, and is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.
