The HW363612SSHK is a 304 stainless steel Type 4X wallmount enclosure with a square 36 x 36 in face and 12 in depth (914 x 914 x 305 mm). It is made for electrical and electronic equipment that has to survive harsh industrial environments, hose-down cleaning and wet, corrosive conditions, with typical use in processing plants, utilities, outdoor municipal and petrochemical locations.
The body is formed 14 gauge stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth and a smooth brushed natural finish. Its formed lip keeps flowing liquids and contaminants away from the opening, and a seamless poured-in place gasket seals the door. Access is through a hinged door on a stainless continuous hinge; the door can be removed by pulling the hinge pin. A 316 stainless pad lockable handle operates the 3 point roller latching system.
