Hammond HW363012S16HK 36x30x12-Inch 316 Stainless NEMA 4X Wall Enclosure

For wet, corrosive installations that call for 316 stainless steel, the HW363012S16HK provides a 36 x 30 x 12 in (914 x 762 x 305 mm) wallmount enclosure for electrical and electronic equipment. It is intended for harsh industrial environments, including washdown areas, processing plants, utilities, outdoor municipal sites and petrochemical facilities where corrosion is a serious concern and easy yet secure access is needed.

The body is formed stainless steel with continuously welded seams ground smooth, a formed lip that keeps flowing liquids and contaminants out, and a seamless poured-in place gasket. Cover and enclosure have a natural stainless, smooth brushed finish. The hinged door hangs on a stainless steel continuous hinge and can be removed by pulling the hinge pin. A 316 stainless pad lockable handle operates a 3 point roller latching system.

With a 12 in depth, this size offers a 27.20 x 33.20 in door opening and an overall drawing depth of 13.21 in. Wall mounting uses 0.44 in holes spaced 24.00 x 37.25 in. Collar studs accept optional inner panel 18P3327 (33.00 x 27.00 in), and bonding and grounding studs are fitted on the door and body.
