Hammond HSIP206 2000 x 600 mm HME Side Mounting Inner Panel

The HSIP206 is a side mounting inner panel from the HMESIP series, sized for an HME modular freestanding cabinet 2000 mm high and 600 mm deep (78.74 x 23.62 in). It gives panel builders, OEM engineers and electrical contractors a mounting surface along the side of the 600 mm-deep 2000 mm HME frame, and it is sold individually so you can fit one side or both.

The panel is formed from 14 gauge galvanized steel and supplied unpainted. Its overall size is 68.62 in (1743 mm) high by 18.70 in (475 mm) wide, with a 23 mm (0.9 in) return shown on the drawing. Shipping weight is 61 lbs (27.67 kg), and it ships in a box.

Installation is straightforward: the HSIP206 mounts directly to the cabinet frame and can be combined with depth grid straps at the top and bottom. It allows 19" mounting rails to be installed, including a center support, so the side of the enclosure can carry rail-mounted equipment. Because the panel is shorter than the 2000 mm cabinet it fits, the reduced height may allow cable pass through on ganged cabinets.
