The Hammond HP75PCLG is a molded polycarbonate hole plug in RAL7035 Light Gray from the HPN4PC Series, built to close an unused 0.75 in conduit knockout in an enclosure wall. It fits a plugged hole diameter range of 1.00 in (25 mm) to 1.31 in (33 mm), and is intended for panel builders, electricians and OEM engineers who need a non-metallic seal against dust, oil and water.
Its trade size references cover a 3/4" conduit knockout (1.109 in) and a 30mm pushbutton hole (1.210 in). The external diameter is 1.62 in (41 mm), compared with a maximum plugged hole diameter of 1.31 in (33 mm).
The plug and nut are both molded polycarbonate, and the gasket is a closed-cell EPDM/neoprene blend. A self-centering, anti-rotational design lets one person install the HP75PCLG quickly with no tools required.
