Hammond HN4FS903636DASS 90x36x36 Dual Access 304 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

The HN4FS903636DASS is one of the 36 in deep dual access sizes in the HN4 FS SS range, with a nominal 90 x 36 x 36 in footprint and formed 12 gauge 304 stainless steel construction. It is intended to house electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls where equipment may be hosed down, stay very wet, or face serious corrosion.

The series ordering table lists 90.06 in H x 36.06 in W x 36.06 in D (2288 x 916 x 916 mm). The drawing shows a 34.38 in x 80.53 in door, a 33.31 in x 79.31 in door opening and 29.23 in x 78.51 in of clear space available on the door. The optional full size inner panel for this enclosure is 90YFW, which mounts to channels welded inside the body; rack equipment rails and swing out frames are also offered for the series.

Doors are supported on heavy gauge continuous hinges and locked with 3-pt padlocking handles. A seamless poured-in-place gasket seals the opening, and all seams are smooth and continuously welded with no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles, a grounding stud in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door are standard.

It is listed UL 508A Type 3R, 4X and 12 (File E65324) and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12 (LR21001), complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66, and is REACH and RoHS compliant. Shipping weight is 560 lbs on a skid. For 316 stainless, choose HN4FS903636DS16.
