Hammond HN4FS903624DS16 90x36x24 Dual Access 316 Stainless Type 4X Enclosure

For dual access control cabinets that must stand up to washdown or aggressive, corrosive surroundings, the HN4FS903624DS16 combines 316 stainless steel with the Type 4X design of the HN4 FS SS series. It houses electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls and supports panel or rack mounting of equipment.

Dimensions in the series ordering table are 90.06 in H x 36.06 in W x 24.06 in D (2288 x 916 x 611 mm), against a nominal 90 x 36 x 24 in (2,286 x 914 x 610 mm). The drawing gives a 33.31 in x 79.31 in door opening, a 34.38 in x 80.53 in door and 29.23 in x 78.51 in of clear space available on the door.

The body has smooth, continuously welded seams with no knockouts, cutouts or holes. Doors are carried on heavy gauge continuous hinges, closed with 3-pt padlocking handles and sealed by a seamless poured-in-place gasket. Heavy duty stainless lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles make placement easier, and grounding and bonding studs are fitted to the enclosure and door. Welded mounting channels inside accept the optional 90YFW full size inner panel, rack equipment rails or swing out frames.
