Hammond HN4FS603624S16 60x36x24 Type 4X 316 Stainless Freestanding Enclosure

The HN4FS603624S16 is a 60 x 36 x 24 in single-access freestanding enclosure in 316 stainless steel, part of the HN4 FS SS Series. The 36 in width and 24 in depth give room for larger panel-mounted or rack-mounted equipment in hose-down, very wet or highly corrosive environments.

The enclosure is 316 stainless steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes, in a natural brushed finish. The door is supported by heavy gauge continuous hinges and closes with a 3-pt padlocking door handle against a seamless poured-in-place gasket. Heavy duty stainless steel lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided.

The part page lists a nominal 60 x 36 x 24 in (1524 x 914 x 610 mm); the series table gives 60.06 x 36.06 x 24.06 in (1526 x 916 x 611 mm). The drawing shows a 34.38 in door with a 33.31 in wide door opening. The optional full size panel is 60TYFW. Shipping weight is 340 lbs (154.22 kg) on a skid.

Mounting channels are welded on the inside of the enclosure for optional inner panels or rack equipment rails, and inner panels, panel rails and swing out frames are offered as accessories. A grounding stud is provided in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12; complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66 (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001).
