Hammond HN4FS602418S16 60x24x18 Type 4X 316 Stainless Freestanding Enclosure

The HN4FS602418S16 is a 60 x 24 x 18 in single-access freestanding enclosure in 316 stainless steel from the HN4 FS SS Series. It houses electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls, with provision for panel mounting or rack mounting of equipment, in places where it may be hosed down, stay very wet, or face serious corrosion.

The enclosure is 316 stainless steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes, in a natural brushed finish. The door is supported by heavy gauge continuous hinges and closes with a 3-pt padlocking door handle against a seamless poured-in-place gasket. Heavy duty stainless steel lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided.

Mounting channels are welded on the inside of the enclosure for optional inner panels or rack equipment rails, and inner panels, panel rails and swing out frames are offered as accessories. A grounding stud is provided in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12; complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66 (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001).
