The HN4FS602418SS is the 304 stainless steel, 60 x 24 x 18 in single-access freestanding enclosure in the HN4 FS SS Series. Its narrow 24 in width makes it a compact freestanding option for electrical, electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic controls, with welded channels ready for panel or rack equipment mounting.
It is formed from 12 gauge 304 stainless steel with smooth, continuously welded seams and no knockouts, cutouts or holes, in a natural brushed finish. The door is supported by heavy gauge continuous hinges and closes with a 3-pt padlocking door handle against a seamless poured-in-place gasket. Heavy duty stainless steel lifting eyebolts with reinforcing support angles are provided.
It measures 60.06 x 24.06 x 18.06 in (1526 x 611 x 459 mm). The drawing shows a single 22.38 in door with a 21.31 in wide door opening. The optional full size panel is 60TWFW, finished in white powder paint. It ships on a skid at 250 lbs (113.40 kg).
Mounting channels are welded on the inside of the enclosure for optional inner panels or rack equipment rails, and inner panels, panel rails and swing out frames are offered as accessories. A grounding stud is provided in the enclosure and a bonding stud on the door. Ratings: UL 508A and CSA Type 3R, 4X and 12; complies with NEMA Type 3R, 4X, 12 and 3 and IEC 60529 IP66 (UL File E65324, CSA LR21001).
