Hammond HLP6UR 6U Pivoting Round Hole Rack Rail Kit

The HLP6UR is a 6U round hole pivoting rail kit designed to add EIA-310 rack mounting capability inside HLP, HLPB and ERP enclosure systems. It is intended for OEM engineers, panel builders, industrial networking specialists and integrators who need to install standard 19-inch rack equipment — Ethernet switches, patch panels, industrial PCs, PLC and control hardware, or security and communications gear — inside a sealed industrial enclosure rather than an open frame rack.

The kit ships as a complete assembly of a rotating 6U bracket, a rotating 6U rail and two thumb screws, so the rail can be fitted and the equipment secured without sourcing separate fasteners. HLPUR Series rails are built from 14-gauge steel; the material for this part is listed as mild steel, and the HLP6UR drawing specifies a painted black textured finish. Rack unit markings on the rail simplify equipment placement and later expansion.

This model provides 6U of usable mounting height, with a mounting height of 10.50 in (267 mm) matching the 6U pattern used across the series.
