Hammond H1TRR48U31BK 48U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails for 31.5" Cabinets

H1TRR48U31BK is a matched pair of 48U 19-inch panel mounting rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for cabinets with an overall width of 31.50 in (800 mm). The rails are part of the H1R Series of replacement and expansion rack rails for H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets, so IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams can replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or change mounting style without replacing the cabinet.

Construction is heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components. The finish is a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant; the drawing identifies this part as painted thin film black. Silkscreened 1U markings are applied along the rails to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 48U / 84.00 in (2134 mm), with the drawing showing an overall rail height of 84.03 in (2134 mm) and standard 19-inch mounting at 18.35 in (466 mm) between rails. Holes follow EIA spacing in 1.75 in (44 mm) 1U increments and are tapped #10-32 UNF, so the rails accept virtually any standard 19-inch rack equipment specified for threaded mounting. Each rail carries 4X 0.44 x 0.75 in slots for strut attachment.

H1TRR48U31BK is sold as a pair and includes all required strut mounting hardware. The rails are manufactured in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified facility, are TAA compliant and USMCA compliant, and are RoHS and REACH compliant. A square-hole equivalent, H1SRR48U31BK, is available for cage-nut style mounting.
