Hammond H1TRR52U24BK 52U Threaded 10-32 Rack Rails for 24" Cabinets

The H1TRR52U24BK is a matched pair of 19-inch panel mounting rails with tapped #10-32 UNF holes on EIA spacing, sized for 52U of usable mounting height in 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV users who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or reconfigure an existing Hammond H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet without replacing the enclosure itself.

The H1R Series rails are manufactured from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and finished in textured black powder coat, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and industrial electronics. The mild steel construction is RoHS and REACH compliant, and the rails are silkscreened with 1U markings to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height for this part is 91.00 in (2311 mm), equal to 52U, with an overall rail length of 91.03 in (2312 mm) shown on the drawing. Rail depth details include a 2.00 in (51 mm) and 1.39 in (35 mm) profile in top view, with 4X 0.44 x 0.75 in slots for strut attachment. Shipping weight for the pair is 22 lbs (9.98 kg).
