Hammond H1TRR52U31BK 52U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails, 31.5" Cabinets

The H1TRR52U31BK is a matched pair of 19-inch mounting rack rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 52U of usable mounting space in 31.50 in (800 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or reconfigure an existing Hammond H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet rather than replace the cabinet itself.

Each rail is formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, providing a rigid, durable mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and industrial electronics. The 10-32 UNF tapped holes follow EIA spacing, so standard 19-inch rack equipment mounts directly with 10-32 screws. Silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment layout, alignment and future expansion.

Per the part drawing, the H1TRR52U31BK rails measure 91.03 in (2312 mm) overall for 52U, with a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm) and 1.75 in (44 mm) per rack unit. Four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided for attachment, and all required strut mounting hardware is included so installation into a compatible cabinet is straightforward.

The rails are manufactured in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified facility and are TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, with ECCN EAR99.
