Hammond H1TRR45U31BK 45U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails for 31.5" Cabinets

H1TRR45U31BK is a matched pair of 19-inch mounting rack rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 45U of usable mounting space in 31.50 in (800 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or reconfigure an existing H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet rather than replace the cabinet itself.

The H1R Series rails are manufactured from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel, providing a rigid mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. The rails carry tapped #10-32 UNF holes on EIA spacing and are silkscreened with 1U markings to simplify equipment alignment, installation and future expansion. Rack unit pitch is 1.75 in (44 mm) per U, with a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting width.

Usable mounting dimensions for H1TRR45U31BK are 45U at 78.75 in (2000 mm) of height, with an overall rail height shown on the drawing as 78.78 in (2001 mm). Each rail includes four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots for strut attachment, and all required strut mounting hardware is included so the rails can be fitted into a compatible cabinet without additional parts. Rails ship as a pair for a complete cabinet installation.

Because the H1R Series is also offered with EIA-310 square-hole mounting (H1SRR45U31BK is the square-hole equivalent), cabinets can be converted between threaded and square-hole styles as hardware preferences change. H1TRR45U31BK is finished in painted thin film black, is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant, TAA-compliant, and is made in Canada.
