Hammond H1TRR42U31BK 42U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails for 31.5" Cabinets

The H1TRR42U31BK is a matched pair of 19-inch mounting rack rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 42U of usable mounting space in 31.50 in (800 mm) wide cabinets. It is part of the H1R Series of replacement and expansion rack rails for H1, HWF, RCK, and NWC cabinets, so IT and telecom teams, AV integrators, industrial OEMs and facilities groups can replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or change mounting style without replacing the cabinet.

Construction is heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel finished in a textured black powder coat (identified on the drawing as painted thin film black) for a durable, professional appearance. The rails carry silkscreened U markings on 1.75 in (44 mm) 1U increments, which simplifies equipment alignment, patch planning and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 73.50 in (1867 mm) over 42 rack units, with an overall rail length of 73.53 in (1868 mm) per the part drawing. The tapped #10-32 UNF holes follow standard EIA spacing on an 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting centre, so the rails accept standard 19-inch servers, switches, patch panels, UPS units and AV components. Mounting slots are 4X 0.44 x 0.75 in, and the required strut mounting hardware is included.
