Hammond H1TRR42U24BK 42U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rails for 24" Cabinets

H1TRR42U24BK is a matched pair of 42U, 19-inch panel mounting rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails in an existing H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet, add extra mounting positions, or convert a cabinet to threaded mounting without replacing the enclosure itself.

The rails are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in textured black powder coat, giving a rigid mounting platform for servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and industrial electronics. Tapped #10-32 UNF holes are punched on EIA spacing, and silkscreened 1U markings run the length of the rail to speed up equipment alignment and future expansion.

This 42U version provides 73.50 in (1867 mm) of usable mounting height, with an overall rail height of 73.53 in (1868 mm) on the drawing. The rail assembly measures 24.00 in (610 mm) across to suit 24 in wide cabinets, with a 23.94 in (608 mm) inner reference dimension and a 71.94 in (1827 mm) front-view dimension. Four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided in the mounting flanges, and the rail section measures 2.00 in (51 mm) by 1.39 in (35 mm).

All required strut mounting hardware is supplied, and rails ship as a pair for a complete front or rear installation.
