Hammond H1TRR36U24BK 36U Tapped 10-32 Rack Rail Pair, 24" Wide

The H1TRR36U24BK is a matched pair of 19-inch panel mounting rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets and providing 36U of usable mounting height. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing cabinet's mounting style without replacing the cabinet itself.

Rails in the H1R Series are manufactured from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, giving a rigid, durable mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. The drawing lists the finish for this part as painted thin film black, with silkscreened 1U markings to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 63.00 in (1600 mm), equal to 36U, with an overall rail height of 63.03 in (1601 mm) on the drawing. The rails mount to 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinet frames and include 4X 0.44 x 0.75 slots. Tapped #10-32 UNF holes are provided on EIA spacing, so the rails accept standard 19-inch rack hardware including servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components.
