Hammond H1TRR18U24BK 18U Threaded 10-32 Rack Rail Pair, 24" Wide

The H1TRR18U24BK is a pair of 19-inch mounting rack rails with 10-32 tapped holes, sized for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets and providing 18U of usable mounting space. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV technicians who need to replace damaged rails in an existing H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet, add extra mounting positions, or set a cabinet up for threaded rack hardware.

Rails in the H1R Series are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel for a rigid mounting platform suited to servers, network gear, patch panels, UPS systems and industrial electronics. The part is finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, and the drawing lists this rail as painted thin film black. Material is mild steel.

Usable mounting height is 31.50 in (800 mm), equal to 18 rack units, with the drawing showing 31.53 in (801 mm) for the 18U rail and a 29.94 in (760 mm) front-view dimension. Hole spacing is typical EIA spacing with tapped #10-32 UNF holes, and silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment alignment and future expansion. Mounting slots are 0.44 x 0.75 in (2X).
