Hammond H1SRR42U24BK 42U Square-Hole Rack Rails for 24-in Cabinets

H1SRR42U24BK is a matched pair of 42U, 19-inch square-hole mounting rails from the H1R Series, made to replace, expand or reconfigure the rack rails inside 24.00 in (610 mm) wide H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets. It suits IT and telecom teams refurbishing existing cabinets, integrators adding extra mounting positions, and OEM or industrial users who want square-hole (cage nut style) mounting instead of threaded rails.

The rails are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel in mild steel construction with a textured black powder coat finish that is RoHS compliant, so replacement rails match the look and rigidity of the original cabinet hardware. Square holes are punched at 0.38 in on typical EIA spacing, and silkscreened 1U markings run the length of the rail to speed up equipment alignment and future expansion.

Each H1SRR42U24BK rail provides 42U of usable mounting space, equal to 73.50 in (1867 mm) of panel height, with an overall drawing height of 73.53 in (1868 mm). Four 0.44 x 0.75 in mounting slots are provided, and all required strut mounting hardware is included so the rails can be fitted to the cabinet's internal struts without additional parts.
