Hammond H1SRR24U24BK 24U Square-Hole 19" Rack Rails, 24" Wide Cabinets

The H1SRR24U24BK is a matched pair of 24U, 19-inch panel mounting rails with square holes, engineered for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide Hammond H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets. It is intended for IT and telecom technicians, AV integrators, industrial electricians and facilities teams who need to replace damaged rails, add extra mounting positions, or convert a cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

Rails in the H1R Series are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant and gives a durable, professional appearance. The rigid steel section provides a stable mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network switches, patch panels, UPS systems, AV components and industrial electronics.

This part number delivers 24U of usable mounting height, 42.00 in (1067 mm), with an overall rail length of 42.03 in (1068 mm) and a formed profile measuring 2.00 in (51 mm) by 1.39 in (35 mm). Square holes are 0.38 in on typical EIA spacing, and silkscreened 1U markings run the length of each rail to simplify equipment alignment and future expansion. Four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided at the mounting ends.

H1SRR24U24BK ships as a pair and includes the required strut mounting hardware, so a full front or rear rail set can be installed in one step. The square-hole pattern follows EIA-310 and accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment using cage nuts or tool-less hardware.
