Hammond H1TRR20U24BK 20U Threaded 10-32 Rack Rail Pair, 24" Wide

The H1TRR20U24BK is a matched pair of 19-inch mounting rack rails providing 20U of usable mounting height for 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is part of the H1R Series of replacement and expansion rails for Hammond H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets, so IT, telecom, industrial and AV teams can replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or change mounting style without replacing the cabinet.

Rails are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat (drawing designation: painted thin film black) for a durable, professional appearance. The holes are tapped #10-32 UNF on typical EIA spacing, making this the threaded version of the series; the square-hole equivalent in the same size is H1SRR20U24BK. Silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment alignment and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 35.00 in (889 mm), equal to 20 rack units, with an overall rail length of 35.03 in (890 mm) per the drawing. The rail profile measures 2.00 in (51 mm) and 1.39 in (35 mm) in the top view, with 0.88 in (22 mm) hole spacing detail and 2X 0.44 x 0.75 slots. All required strut mounting hardware is included, and the rails ship as a pair for a complete cabinet installation.

H1TRR20U24BK is compliant with EIA-310 10-32 threaded mounting and supports standard 19-inch rack equipment such as servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components.
