Hammond H1SRR52U31BK 52U Square-Hole Rack Rails for 31.5in Cabinets

The H1SRR52U31BK is a matched pair of 19-inch square-hole rack mounting rails sized for 52U of usable mounting space in 31.50 in (800 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing Hammond cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

Rails in the H1R Series are manufactured from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, providing a rigid, durable mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. Silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment alignment, installation and future expansion.

Mounting holes are 0.38 in square on typical EIA spacing, giving EIA-310 square-hole mounting for cage-nut and tool-less rack hardware, with 1U increments of 1.62 in (41 mm) and an 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting width. Overall rail height is 91.03 in (2312 mm), corresponding to the 91.00 in (2311 mm) usable mounting height listed for 52U. Four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided for attachment.

H1SRR52U31BK rails are designed specifically for the H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinet series and are supplied as a pair with the required strut mounting hardware, so installation is straightforward in the field. They support standard 19-inch rack equipment including servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components.
