Hammond H1SRR52U24BK 52U Square-Hole 19-Inch Rack Rails, Pair

The H1SRR52U24BK is a matched pair of 52U, 19-inch panel mounting rails with square holes, intended as replacement or expansion rails for Hammond H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinets that are 24.00 in (610 mm) wide. It is aimed at IT and telecom teams, AV and industrial integrators and facilities groups who need to restore a cabinet's mounting capability, add mounting locations, or convert an existing cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

Rails in the H1R Series are manufactured from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and finished in a textured black powder coat that is RoHS compliant, giving a rigid mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. The part is built in mild steel, is made in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified North American facility, and is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, REACH compliant and classified EAR99.

Mounting holes are 0.38 in square on typical EIA spacing, and the rails carry silkscreened 1U markings to simplify equipment alignment, installation and future expansion. Usable mounting height is 52U — listed as 91.00 in (2311 mm) in the series ordering table and dimensioned 91.03 in (2312 mm) on the part drawing. The rail profile measures 2.00 in (51 mm) by 1.39 in (35 mm), and each rail includes 4X 0.44 x 0.75 in mounting slots.

Because they are EIA-310 square-hole rails, H1SRR52U24BK supports standard 19-inch rack equipment including servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components using cage nuts and square-hole hardware. All required strut mounting hardware is included, and the rails ship as a pair for a complete cabinet installation.
