Hammond H1SRR42U31BK 42U Square-Hole Rack Rails for 31.5in Cabinets

The H1SRR42U31BK is a matched pair of 19-inch square-hole mounting rack rails providing 42U of usable mounting space in 31.50 in (800 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV users who need to replace damaged or worn rails, add mounting positions, or convert an existing cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the cabinet itself.

These rails are engineered for the Hammond H1, HWF, RCK and NWC cabinet series. Construction is heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel with a textured black powder coat finish that is RoHS compliant, giving a rigid mounting platform for rack-mounted servers, network equipment, AV systems and industrial electronics. Silkscreened 1U markings along the rail simplify equipment alignment, installation and future expansion.

Usable mounting height is 73.50 in (1867 mm), equal to 42 rack units, with each rack unit measured at 1.62 in (41 mm) on the drawing and a 19-inch mounting width of 18.35 in (466 mm). The rail drawing shows an overall 42U length of 73.53 in (1868 mm). Hole pattern is 0.38 in square holes on typical EIA spacing, meeting EIA-310 square-hole mounting so the cabinet will accept virtually any standard 19-inch rack hardware, including switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components.

H1SRR42U31BK ships as a pair and includes all required strut mounting hardware for straightforward installation. Mounting slots on the rail ends are 4X 0.44 in x 0.75 in.
