Hammond H1SRR45U24BK 45U Square-Hole Rack Rails, 24-Inch Cabinet Pair

The H1SRR45U24BK is a matched pair of 19-inch square-hole panel mounting rails that provide 45U of usable rack space in 24.00 in (610 mm) wide cabinets. It is intended for IT, telecommunications, industrial and AV teams who need to replace damaged or worn rails in an existing Hammond H1, HWF, RCK or NWC cabinet, add additional mounting locations, or convert a cabinet from threaded to square-hole mounting without replacing the enclosure itself.

The rails are formed from heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured black powder coat (described on the drawing as painted thin film black) for a durable, professional appearance. Punching follows typical EIA spacing with 0.38 in square holes, so the rails accept standard 19-inch rack equipment such as servers, switches, patch panels, UPS systems and AV components using cage nuts. Silkscreened 1U markings run the length of each rail to simplify equipment alignment, installation and future expansion.

Usable mounting height for H1SRR45U24BK is 78.75 in (2000 mm), or 45U, with an overall drawing height of 78.78 in (2001 mm) and a 24.00 in (610 mm) overall cabinet width. Four 0.44 x 0.75 in slots are provided for strut mounting, and all required strut mounting hardware is included so the pair can be installed as a complete front or rear mounting plane.

The rails are manufactured in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified facility and are TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS compliant and REACH compliant, with an ECCN of EAR99. A threaded 10-32 equivalent in the same size is offered as H1TRR45U24BK for installations that prefer tapped holes.
