The H1GRDKIT is the H1 Cabinet Ground Kit, a quick connect grounding kit that includes the required cords to bond all cabinet components. Instead of ordering jumpers one at a time, integrators get seven 10 AWG ground cables and the hardware to install them in one kit.
The kit contains four 12" ground cables and three 22" ground cables. The series drawing shows the 22" cables split into an 8.25 in (215.9 mm) door side and a 14.25 in (362.0 mm) cabinet side, joined by a 0.25 x 0.032 quick disconnect terminal with male and female ends. The ring terminals are 10GA for 1/4" and #10 studs.
Hardware in the kit, per the manufacturer's kit sheet:
- 14 screws and 14 locking nuts
- 14 flat washers and 14 locktooth washers
- 14 ground stickers
- Hardware included with both #10-32 and 1/4"-20 thread (male and female)
The cables are Green w/ Yellow Stripe, Type 10 AWG TEW/MTW tinned cable with crimped-on terminals. The series is TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases and manufactured in North America. The H1GRDKIT is REACH and RoHS compliant and has a shipping weight of 2 lbs (0.91 kg).
